Most everybody,
suffers a loss.
It may not seem such a shock,
at first...
but when it sinks in,
it hits hard.

The reality is,
we wish we can bring them back.
But it is impossible...

Some losses are forseen,
others,...
so sudden.

There is mostly nothing we can do for them,
but help one another,
and ease one another's pain.

We must know that they are in a better place now,
and they are looking after us,
smiling down on us.
So don't be so sad...

Remeber the good times you've shared...
For they want us to be happy,
not to be so sad over them.

As long as they live in your heart,
they will never truly be gone.

a poem i wrote for my friend a few years back.
his mom died before his birthday *she passed in her sleep*

this can also go out to anyone who has suffered a loss....i wish you all well...

:sniff: Waaah!!! :cries: Awwe, this is soo sweet! I have lost a loved one...meh Uncle Gary...and I miss him...very much. It's very inspirational however, and it makes my heart feel warm inside. It was sweet of you to do that for your friend, and nice of you to share it with us as well. Gets a :+fav: from me! Keep it up!
